As an entrepreneur and international lawyer, I hold dual legal qualifications in both England and China, enabling me to offer a comprehensive perspective shaped by my experiences in both London and Beijing. My diverse background spans various practice areas, positioning me to leverage my unique insights and legal expertise to drive business growth.Prior to venturing into entrepreneurship, I accumulated eight years of experience as an in-house legal counsel, followed by a decade of legal practice within reputable law firms. Throughout my career, I have navigated complexities in data protection, provided comprehensive corporate legal advisory services, and handled numerous transactions within the capital markets arena.During my tenure at law firms, I engaged across the entire spectrum of capital markets, from venture capital and private equity to facilitating IPOs and managing Mergers and Acquisitions. Transitioning into an in-house legal role, I assumed a generalist role overseeing all legal facets within a medium-sized business operation in London. Subsequently, I transitioned to a global corporation where I specialised in data privacy, providing data privacy legal advice to business units across the world.
