I’m an empathetic creative leader working at the intersection of creative direction and brand strategy, with a focus on coaching, mentoring and developing talent. Currently, I help female-led brands and founders find their voice online, build authentic personal brands and be seen. I bring deep expertise across creative campaigns, art direction, and brand building, with a sharp editorial eye and the skills to elevate brand expression across channels. In my career, I’ve collaborated with major brands such as Nike, Lancôme, and Gucci, conceptualizing and leading creative work that resonates with audiences while achieving commercial goals, ensuring every touchpoint is cohesive, memorable, and impactful. As a passionate speaker, I share insights on brand building, visibility, creative self-expression, and building a career from the inside out. I’m deeply committed to supporting women’s rights in the workplace and beyond. As the brand ambassador for RAH Colors, a Milan-based color consulting studio, I help brands, spaces, and individuals harness the power of color and emotion through their neuropsychological Color DNA method, consulting on the design of vibrant spaces and personal styles.
