About Helena Hadlock

Helena Hadlock currently has a full-time position as NSO Development Assistant at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. Previously, Helena worked in a contract position at the Wolf Trap Foundation for Performing Arts as an Assistant in Annual Giving, where she she processed direct mail and online gifts, entered gifts into Raiser's Edge, assisted with the end of year monthly rollover project, and provided customer service support. In 2022, she interned with Washington Performing Arts, where she helped the Advancement Department build, maintain, and strengthen their relationships with donors through communications like the 2021-22 Highlights Document for the Park Foundation, 2021-22 Impact Report for Donors, in kind acknowledgement letters, and 2022-23 Sponsorship Brochure. Additionally, Helena helped the Nashville Symphony's Education and Community Engagement Department develop their first Music in My Neighborhood program through researching and communicating with event partners; scouting and confirming days, times, and locations for events; and assisting with creating Music in My Neighborhood branding and promotional materials. Before graduating from the University of Arizona in May of 2023, Helena also helped create, manage, and track the social media materials for the University of Arizona String Project, where she worked as a violin instructor. Helena ultimately hopes to raise awareness, increase engagement, and broaden audiences for programs that benefit the community.
