About Helena Holrick

Three words are central to all that I am and do:*Connect *(co)Create * Contribute* I work with inspired (and usually stuck, lost, overwhelmed or worn out) people who want to make the world a great place to live and play in. I help the creatively gifted or visionaries to pull the Brilliance out of their heads and get it into a shape and structure that just makes them easy learn from (and of course earn from!). I systemise ideas, people and businesses so they work well, make money, and deliver with ease. I do what I do because when it comes down to it, I find it fun and rewarding to help to provide deep support to those in transition - working with me means making practical progress, at your pace, mostly through taking action that feels stretchy, yet safe, with an eye on ensuring that it makes you happy and feels inspiring and expressive, and lets you be recognised and needed for just the thing you are fabulous at, and possibly a little scared of! I call it Succeeding AS You. Like most entrepreneurial souls, I am involved in many things, and my core courses, programmes and coaching come through my company Helping You Shine – Giving you the clarity, certainty and confidence to ‘Succeed as You’. Seeing people SHINE (that's a whole framework by the way, so ask me about that when we meet!) I ask great questions, I give great space and I cheer-lead people into recognising their brilliance. I'm a highly experienced coach and trainer with excellent and intuitive people skills. I love to guide, coach and teach people about business and life. I have trained of people. My loves are great structured design, excellence in delivery, and grounding change through change. I'm always smiling at something! Things I’m great at: Being positive. Seeing things from a different angle. Reframing situations. Getting you to be honest. Cheer-leading you on when you want to stop. Unlocking your brilliance. Shaping ideas into commercial possibility. Allowing the space for growth. Asking great questions. Listening for what's you are not saying. Kicking your backside when it’s needed.
