I am a Leadership and Life Coach dedicated to empowering individuals and teams to unlock their full potential. With a deep passion for personal growth, leadership transformation, and resilience-building, I guide professionals through career transitions, goal setting, and mindset shifts that drive lasting success. Whether working with executives, entrepreneurs, or high-performance teams, my mission is to help individuals gain clarity, build confidence, and achieve breakthrough moments that redefine their leadership journey. My coaching philosophy is built on self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and strategic goal setting. I help clients develop the skills necessary to thrive in today’s fast-paced and ever-evolving professional landscape. I am honored to hold the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a Professional Coach Certification from Duquesne University, reinforcing my commitment to excellence in coaching. In addition to my coaching work, I bring extensive leadership experience in finance and business operations, having led teams, managed complex financial systems, and driven strategic growth initiatives. My ability to merge financial acumen with leadership coaching enables me to support professionals in navigating both personal and organizational challenges with clarity and confidence. Currently, as an External Coach for the University of Pittsburgh’s Biomedical Master Program, I mentor students in leadership development, career planning, and resilience-building—equipping them with the mindset and strategies necessary for long-term success. My work as a Leadership and Life Coach at H. Passarelli Coaching & Consulting allows me to further support clients in refining their leadership presence, enhancing communication, and aligning their personal and professional aspirations. I believe that true transformation happens when individuals take intentional action toward their goals.
