I am an experienced Trade Mark Attorney and have been working in the field of Intellectual Property for over 15 years. I help businesses protect and enforce their brands in the UK, Ireland, EU and overseas. I particularly enjoy advising clients on international protection strategies, and managing varied trade mark portfolios. I've been part of the talented and lovely team at Definition IP since March 2020, where I head up the trade mark team. I'm thrilled that I was able to help the company achieve its B Corp certification in June 2024 and that we are now part of such a great community of like-minded businesses. Other than the fantastic people that I work with, the best part of my job is building great relationships with my clients - big or small, exceptional customer service is a must! I love working with innovative brands and supporting them to achieve their business goals, especially homegrown brands in the FMCG sector. My best work-related compliment to date is that I'm "a very human Trade Mark Attorney", which I've chosen to interpret as a good thing - hopefully this means that my clients feel like they are talking to a person and not just a lawyer!
