With my deep experience and knowledge with personal assessment and test tools I have made a difference for several companies and leaders supporting the recruitment process. I have also worked with- Assessment - Recruitment - Leadership Development - Executive coaching - Teaching - Outplacement - Leadership development I act as strategic partner and executive coach for several leaders who need a confidential and professional room where they can talk and air their concerns, challenges and sometimes clarification issues around their career and challenges in their role. I teach at Copenhagen Business School in Human Resource Management. I hold a master degree in Business, Organization and Psychology and several courses and certifications that makes sure, that I am upgraded with the newest knowledge within my field.
