I am a highly driven, enthusiastic, and adaptable professional currently working as a Product Manager at Net Affinity. Previously, I served as the eCommerce Services Manager at Net Affinity, where I gained valuable insights into our clients and their needs, which I now apply to our Product Planning efforts. I graduated from Shannon College of Hotel Management and possess extensive experience in Revenue Management and Digital Marketing across various markets, hotel types, and brands from previous roles in Ireland and the UK. After spending 10 years at Net Affinity, I have collaborated with a talented team of eCommerce Managers and clients to develop robust online strategies with a strong emphasis on direct bookings. I have a strong interest in User Experience, Data Analysis, Revenue Management, and Digital Marketing. My goal is to integrate these disciplines while collaborating with our clients, as well as with our commercial and software teams, to develop top-quality hospitality products, such as Booking Engines and Online Voucher Systems. I am dedicated to creating the best possible user experience for our clients. Before joining Net Affinity, I worked with the Arora Group in London as a Group Revenue Analyst and Revenue Manager.
