About Helena Silva

I joined at EDS in June 1998 as Helpdesk team member. Since October 2009, after the HP – EDS merge, I works as Account Delivery manager. First within GalpEnergia Account for Workplace Contract (HD & DM), In 2011 I start working at Jerónimo Martins Account, exercising also functions on the continuous improvement scope and have a huge experience on ITSM processes. Between 2014 and 2016 I worked in processes and tasks automatisms in the area of system administration and as a Project manager of a project providing shared services in the Cloud via the HP CloudSystem Entreprise. My role consists in establish and manage relationships with customer, monitor and ensure that the contractual commitments are meet, review operations with the customer, handling customer escalations, plan and manage a service continuous improvement plans, project management and guarantee that all ITSM are followed. Between October 2016 and May 2017 I worked at Capgemini as manager at Technology Services area. Since June 2017 I joined at Timestamp as Delivery Manager.
