About Helene van Dijk

Currently open to work (with visa sponsoring) in the Edinburgh region (Scotland, UK) From a young age I knew that helping people is part of my DNA. As I grew older I realized that I not only wanted to incorporate that into my private life, but also into my professional career. I was brought up in a warm and loving home, and was taught not only morals and values that shaped me into the woman I am today, but also the belief that it takes as little as a friendly smile to brighten up someone’s day. When I received my two degrees in Tourism and Aviation in 2016, I realized I was not yet ready to move 200+ km away from the place I call home for a career in Aviation, and decided to look for a job closer to home. That is how I enrolled into the world of Customer Service. More than 8 years and several projects later (see work experience) and with as much enthusiasm and joy as the first day I started in this branch, I currently work as a customer service representative for the Dutch Authority for Digital Infrastructure, a Dutch Government organization which regulates and monitors radio frequencies in The Kingdom of The Netherlands as well as the Antennabureau, a Dutch Government consultancy organization for the use of antennas.
