Passionate about change management and behavioral change, I have 15 years of experience in operations, human resources, learning development, change management, and transformation within healthcare and social security organizations. In my different roles in the healthcare/social security system, I have been deeply committed to enhance corporate effectiveness and boost operational objectives. My key skills include - Strategic planning and projet management - Transformation/Change management: as a Human Resources Director, as a Business Unit Director and as a professional coach- Human Resources - Coaching - Negotiation: with labor unions, healthcare professional unions, and local authorities- Project management in the healthcare field - Staff management of teams up to 100 people. Persuasive, creative and resourceful, I also enjoy using specific transformation methods to support change across the organization (Design Thinking, co-development groups, coaching). Multilingual (English, French, German, and Spanish), I have lived/worked/studied in 3 different countries, I am very aware of cultural differences and intercultural challenges, and I am a strong supporter of diversity and social inclusion.
