About Helga Bender

Helga Bender is passionate about providing support to the most vulnerable. As a Safety and Wellbeing Responder and Supervisor for Red Cross she helps people in crisis (disaster, refugees, vulnerable) with resources, and discover greater personal resilience despite significant challenges. She has managed challenging cases personally and with on-site and virtual staff both nationally and around the world. In her coaching business, she has helped people navigate significant traumatic life transitions to rebuild and live again. Helga is also sought-after inspirational speaker and trainer focused on helping people rebuild from stress to strength. She holds a Master's of Theological Studies Degree, and is ordained as a Theurgist (Melchizedek Order) by Bishop K. de Lanerolle (Sri Lanka) and focused on spiritual coaching. She believes in lifelong learning to best serve and lead in the fast moving, rapidly changing environments she has worked in.
