About Helga Matos

As a Principal Customer Success Account Manager at Microsoft, I lead the delivery execution and support in FSI and Retail customers, planning and orchestrating customer success portfolio. With more than 20 years of experience in SI/TI consultancy, program and project management, I have the credentials (PMP, ISO/IEC ITIL) and the competencies to deliver high-quality solutions and outcomes for customers and stakeholders. In my previous roles at Claranet Portugal, I managed the Project Management and PMO team, overseeing the portfolio and program management of complex and multidisciplinary IT solutions, mainly in Cloud, Security, and Workplace. I was also responsible for implementing the internal project management tool within Service Now and Microsoft Project, improving the service and project management office processes, reporting and indicators. I am passionate about empowering every person and organization to achieve more through technology, building trusted relationships and generating new business opportunities.
