EXPERIENCE:I am an experienced professional in the field of project management, quality and materials. I have worked in various positions in different industries: Telecom, water treatment, printable electronics and plastics processing. The common nominator to all my earlier positions has been new technologies.In mobile device business the key focus was project management in the screening and selection of new materials, technologies and suppliers. This has given me insight of supplier capability development and supplier management in Europe, APAC and Americas. During my career I have acquired knowledge on i.a. in the following areas- Project management- Quality management (Auditing, Six Sigma, Lean)- Technology scouting and verification- Supplier evaluation, capability and management- Risk evaluation, supply chain risks, FMEA, RCA- Problem solving, reporting, creating instructions- Virtual teams, multicultural teams- Coaching, training, guidingMy way of working is systematic, and I like to see the larger entities, but I still have a good eye to exact details. I’m also handy with e.g. numbers and new tools.
