About Heli Sheth

A curious Designer, Passionate Dancer, Sporty Badminton player, Patient Mentor, Good Communicator, Team Leader and Collaborator. My approach is to continuously strive to find innovative solutions for the critical problems around users. I am a trained Classical Dancer with Visharad degree in dance and expertise in Bharatnatyam, Kuchipudi and Mohiniyattam dance forms. I have more than 15 years of experience practicing and performing classical dances nationally and internationally. I have 2 years of experience designing and creating spaces having connection to mother nature with SUSTAINABLE and VERNACULAR beliefs. Have contributed towards built environment with a vision of providing comfort to the client which was the main principle. Having interest in teaching, I worked for one semester as Assistant Professor mentoring designing students where I helped them with space planning. I was also a part of a Furniture Design Module at NID where I trained students from conceptual of furniture to its execution and detailing. My plan is to explore the ways how User interacts and experiences a product, system or service through user research, needs, motivations and other methods. My goal is to design user friendly products/ services exploring different mediums for people. Strong Interests: Conceptualizing, Designing, Sketching, Documenting, Dancing, Public Speaking.
