About Hellanna Gunstinson

Office Coordinator | Communications Professional | MBA Candidate I manage daily operations and keep things running smoothly at Gjesdahl Law. As the firm’s only administrative staff member, I coordinate projects, support our attorneys, and create systems that help the team work efficiently and stay connected. My background in communications, event planning, and entrepreneurship has taught me the importance of clear communication, collaboration, and adaptability. I take pride in creating structure that supports people and improves how teams function together. I am currently pursuing my MBA at the University of South Dakota with a focus on leadership. Through my studies, I have developed a strong interest in workplace culture, especially how trust, communication, and a sense of belonging influence team success. I believe the best organizations operate like families, where people feel valued, supported, and united by a shared mission. I am continuing to grow as a leader who builds environments where people can do their best work and enjoy doing it. If you are interested in leadership development, workplace culture, or operations management, I would be happy to connect.
