As a Test Manager and/or Scrum Master, I ensure optimal conditions for the team so we can deliver the expected results to the customer together. I communicate progress and obstacles clearly to both clients and management. I have extensive experience with agile frameworks (SAFe-like) in fully cloud-based environments. In addition to my Scrum Master/Test Manager roles, I can also take on the role of Project Manager—whether in agile teams, traditional project models, or hybrid setups. I focus on continuous quality assurance and risk management, and I’m well-versed in CI (Continuous Integration), supporting daily releases. In an agile workday, I bring the necessary structure and ensure that teams embrace and benefit from agile ceremonies. I have deep knowledge of Azure DevOps and Jira, including associated test management tools. Recently, I’ve worked with SAP Focused Build. I’m skilled at building relationships and communicating with stakeholders at all levels through the channels used by the organization.
