My introduction into the real estate world began as a student title searcher and ignited my passion for real estate. I am a diligent, thoughtful and innovative real estate specialist and property tax consultant. I have managed and achieved financial relief for national property managers and managed lease negotiations from beginning to end. Directed property tax payment portfolios with Municipalities and Landlords across Canada. Interpreted large amounts of data from various lease and ancillary documents. I have also worked a real estate law clerk for a residential firm and Wills and Estates. I am currently pursuing a Diploma Urban Land Economics at University of British Columbia. In my personal time I enjoy spending time with family, reading and learning new recipes from all over the world.
