About Hellene Gogos

Bio-Philosophy At St. Francis College, my role as Head of Design harnesses a vision that is beyond the real or imaginary. Over twenty years of dedicated experience in Arts and Design and education, whereby I have passionately implemented comprehensive programs. With expertise in both IB, Diploma and IGCSE, A level curriculums, my experience and expertise focused harmony foster and integrate emerging constructs of new and redesigned area of materially new, resources sustainable and artistic forms and thinking, as adopted soft skills set for emotional/psychological development are incorporated design, of sensory pop conveyed development for biomimetics structures, patterns and solving solutions, learning and leading with initiative programs and projects; the relationships that underpin the culture of built and natural spaces, adapting to new situations, and by sharing ideas, and connectivity to change and empower progressive creativity, nurturing the next generation of talent, wonderment and value for learning. Leveraging my competencies in design forms as empathic are my practices nestled to prioritise and build strategies for improvement in performance, and with success form decisions of consistency to encourage student -teacher -teacher-student enriches love learning. Expounding this is the importance within social structure to deliberate and provide and facilitate interpersonal skill development, and interaction with leadership, and for school community as enriching and fulfilling. I've successfully planned managing projects, to initiate STEAM, involved in school services like Design - Digital Technology events and workshops and coordinated and lead creative processes of concepts integral to actively solving problems by seeking to promote design arts and digital graphics as new initiatives, cultivated alongside the Communications Media team as enhanced qualities, providing relationships for our institution's cultural footprint.
