I worked as a lawyer in Brazil for over 6 years. I have graduated in Diploma of Community Service in Australia and Leadership and Management. I used to work as Support Work in Disability and Aged care sector for 5 years. I Worked as Coordinator at St. Vincent de Paul Society where I had the opportunity to consistently upheld a client-centred approach, effectively assisting individuals with complex needs, and as a coordination role maintaining strict standards of confidentiality, duty of care and workplace and health and safety. As coordinator provide excellence in Customer service best practices as active listening, empathy, problem-solving, time management and prioritisation with client from different background and minorities making referrals and receiving referrals for emergency relief at Hurstville Vinnies Community Centre where I was able to assess the client’s situation by holistic approach.
