We aim to rapidly translate results from basic research I nto meaningful clinical trials evaluating novel immunotherapeutic strategies to benefit cancer patients. In this regard, we study various antigens as targets for novel (immune-)therapeutic approaches and develop improved antibody formats to induce antitumor immunity of NK and T cells until the stage of clinical evaluation. The feasibility of our approach is reflected by >10 clinical trials, in which we evaluate own-developed therapeutics like bispecific antibodies.
