A seasoned Indian Navy Officer with over 15 years experience in various verticals and a thorough Subject Matter Expert. What separates me from the pack is my ability to restructure Operations to address desired growth, reduce cost and improve efficiency. My versatile exposure throughout my career along with my inherent ability to authentically and quickly connect with all types of people and lead a highly staffed organisation is my most valuable forte. I believe in leading by example and hence have been instrumental in driving day-to-day operations, evolving new initiatives and driving growth by designing and deploying strategic plans encompassing HRM, General Administration and Training/ Development. I have a participatory leadership style that is strong on empathy, working through relationships and spend a large amount of time mentoring and coaching.
