Responsible for providing full life-cycle recruiting support to contract and permanent placement candidates in the it field. Fill it/software positions with various clients on contract, contract-to-hire and permanent requirements across the USA. Hired US citizens, green card holders, h1bs, EAD and TN1 visa holders Clients worked with all implementation partners. Sourcing and identifying active and passive candidates through a variety of available resources such as job boards, company database, LinkedIn. Placing entry level to senior level consultants in it industry Screening resumes and short-listing consultants of different skill sets. Preparing and debriefing candidates through each stage of the interview process. Setting up of WebEx video/audio calls by checking the availability of the prospective candidates and communicating with the client Reviewed the hiring manager’s interview performance with each candidate and take appropriate action when warranted. Negotiating hourly rates and salary requirements for prospective consultants as well as negotiating rates on the client’s end to make sure we make an acceptable margin. Extended offers of employment to selected candidates under the direction of the hiring managers and within their established bill rates. Contacting candidates, following-up with candidates, and managing candidate pipeline. Scheduling interviews, briefing and debriefing candidates before and after interviews. Maintaining timely documentation of all conversations with candidates within our internal database. Assisting in generating leads from conversations with candidates. Presenting candidates to management team applying high quality standards. Posting job descriptions on job boards, and tracking posting status and results.
