Role as TECHNICAL SALES EXECUTIVE : Provide client support remotely on inbound calls related to computers, printers and related devices. Endeavour to respond to all customer requests in a timely manner while improving customer experience. Provide complete explanation about the problem and resolution to the customer and convert into leads or sales. Ability to perform troubleshooting on issues related to computers, printers etc with US customers.
