Currently working as a Technical Support Engineer II at CrowdStrike, I provide advanced troubleshooting, threat analysis, and security optimizations to help enterprises strengthen their cybersecurity defenses. Previously, I spent 6 years at Sophos Network Security Group, where I worked extensively with firewalls, intrusion prevention systems (IPS), VPNs, and threat intelligence solutions. This experience gave me a deep understanding of network security architecture, firewall management, and cyber threat mitigation. Holding the CrowdStrike Certified Falcon Administrator (CCFA) certification, I have expertise in deploying, configuring, and optimizing Falcon solutions to detect and prevent cyber threats. My key skills include- Internet Protocol Suite (TCP/IP)- Technical Support & Troubleshooting- Networking, and Security. Have also completed training for CCNA/ CCNP R&S, Ethical Hacking, Python.
