About Hemang Mehta

As a Design Lead at Australian Council for Educational Research (ACER), I create simple yet humane designs that communicate effectively and inspire learning. I have over 17 years of experience in graphic design, spanning across print, web, and digital media, with a focus on education and research.I assist with developing concepts, coordinating the design process, and creating graphic illustrations for various communication materials, such as newsletters, brochures, reports, and web pages. I also support the corporate communications team and the test item development team in visualising and creating suitable graphics for their needs. Additionally, I have a passion for photography and social media, and I have managed and contributed to several online platforms and publications that showcase ACER's work and impact. I have a Certificate in Advertising, an Advanced Diploma in Arts, and a Creative Thinking Certification from LinkedIn. I enjoy solving business problems with design thinking and collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders. My goal is to create designs that are not only aesthetically pleasing, but also meaningful and engaging.
