WORK EXPERIENCE WITH A MANUFACTURING AND EXPORTING COMPANY IN A BANKING SECTOR PTC Industries Limited, AMTC and Aerolloy Technologies Limited ( 100 % subsidiary company of PTC Industries Ltd )- NH 25 A SARAI SAHJADI LUCKNOW Working Exposure: Handling multiple banking of the Company and also its subsidiary Company inclusive of the following: • Complying Limit Proposals and its annual renewals of two Companies with a banking exposure of Rs 250 crs. • Replying day-to-day queries under multiple banking arrangements of the Companies. Managing working capital Limits – Fund based and Non-Fund Based, Term Loans amounting to Rs 250 crs of the PTC Industries Ltd and Aerolloy Technologies Limited. • Handling entire insurance related transactions of the Companies inclusive of claim formalities of Fire & Burglary, Machinery Break Down, EAR Project policy, Vehicle insurance, Medi Claim Insurance etc. • Managing Bank related Export – Import transactions under multiple banking arrangements inclusive of discounting of export bills, payment of export bills etc. • Managing Buyers credits, PCFC’s, Opening of Inland / Foreign letter of credits, opening of Bank Guarantees, Forward Contracts, Preparation of Un-Hedge foreign currency exposures of the RBI on quarterly basis, preparation of Due – Diligence reports required by the banks on half-yearly basis. • Complying statutory and internal auditors queries. • Arranging equipment financing from financial institutions for PTC Industries Limited and Aerolloy Technologies Limited. • Preparations of Financial Follow-up reports ( FFR’s ), Stock Statements for monthly drawing power from the banks for both the Companies with a banking exposure of Rs 250 crs. • Arranging valuation of Company’s properties from the valuers. • Arranging purchase of new vehicles for the Company and arranging its finance from the bank • Several other financial related works of the Companies.
