Sourcing Suppliers and testing product samples with R&D team. Documenting the features and benefits of products and services. Preparing cost benefit analysis report for review by Managers. Negotiating favorable procurement contracts with Vendors/Suppliers. Documenting processes and generating monthly purchase cost report. Monitoring company demand for products to avoid Supply shortages. Responsible for procuring the material from supplier to end user as required by the production and planning team (end to end planning). Monitoring all purchase requests and purchase orders. Developing high level procurement and inventory management plans to support organization. Procurement planning based on sales forecast and OEM customer requirement. Global purchasing and import clearance support, End to End handling of import material. Identifying and defining of stock level based on consumption of material (Fast moving, slow moving, non moving) Daily maintaining the stock tracking sheets for monitoring shortages and stock outs. Doing RCA and CAPA for stock outs. Monitor the reorder level for complex material which have higher lead time and import materials. Monitoring the forecast projects, ongoing projects and pending projects. Responsible for closing non conformity which found in quality, shortages, excess. Utilizing company procurement software (ERP) to generate request for quote and purchase requisitions well as create and prepare reports based on material data. Having good Knowledge in MS Office, Achieving the departmental goals/objectives in terms of purchase targets, quality, cost, maintaining all the data and records to provide at the time of management review and ISO audit requirements.
