I currently work as a Business Development Agent for the Subway brand, the Number One Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brand worldwide by total store count (as at January 2020). Within this role, I am responsible for growing the franchise in-line with consumer demand and heading up teams that offer support to franchisees on aspects such as site selection, leasing, purchasing and marketing. I graduated from Anglia Ruskin University in 1998 with a BA (hons) degree in Biomedical Science and spent 5 years working in the pharmaceutical industry before purchasing my first Subway franchise in Cambridge in 2001. I then progressed to become a Business Development Manager for the counties of Kent and Surrey in 2004. As a results driven individual, with an enthusiastic work ethic, I am continuing to spearhead the Subway brand’s growth in the territory. Having opened 90 stores over the last 16 years, we recently announced plans to open 45 new stores in Kent and Surrey over the next 5 years.
