As the head of the project management office, I manage the project landscape and ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals and vision. I successfully lead a strategic and transformative project that involves developing and implementing a new project management framework and toolset across the organization. Before joining BIOTYPE, I worked as a project manager development at Pierburg Pump Technology GmbH, where I managed automotive OEM customer projects and coordinated with cross-functional teams. I have strong skills in product requirements, problem-solving, and hardware development, as well as a passion for biotechnology and its potential to improve lives.
