As a Project Manager at VIVA Creative, I lead projects from conception to completion, managing budget, workflow, and deadlines for clients across various industries. I build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external teams, anticipating and resolving challenges, and identifying new opportunities for growth. I have successfully managed projects ranging from to $7 million, delivering high-quality and memorable experiences for clients and audiences. Before joining VIVA Creative, I worked as an Account Manager at Czarnowski, an exhibit house, where I excelled in customer relationship management and communication. I was named #1 new hire among 500+ employees and received multiple recognition awards for my performance. I also have experience as a Studio Manager at Comedy Hype, where I ideated and implemented a membership program and facilitated the launch of live activations. I have a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Georgia State University, where I also served as a Live Entertainment Director.
