I have experience in supervise for primary cementing, remedial cementing and other miscellaneous pumping. I'm able to create and Analize design for primary and remedial cementing job, understanding for operating and maintenance, preparation and execution cementing job as per client requirement and also comply with company standard, and the application of modern leadership methods (through staff motivation and involvement in both decision-making and target-setting, clarity in communication, and easy personal inter-relations). My own spirit background and learning interests in other cultures, together with interesting of new challenge and knowledge, I'd like and willing to travelling around the world and new place, meet with a new people, cultures and environment to keep me growth with innovation.
