Hendro Widjaya is a dynamic and visionary education leader with over 20 years of proven success across K–12 schools, universities, and education consultancy. With deep expertise in school transformation and leadership, Hendro currently serves as the Superintendent of Bina Bangsa Schools, overseeing six leading international school campuses across Indonesia—Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Balikpapan, and Malang. He has a strong track record in shaping school strategic direction, building high-performing teams, implementing robust academic and operational systems, driving student enrolment growth, strengthening parent engagement, and ensuring financial sustainability. His leadership spans both academic excellence and institutional resilience. Hendro also serves as the Chairman of the Association of National and Private Schools (ANPS) Indonesia, a respected organization representing international and national private schools across the country.
