About Hendry Kevin

My name is Hendry Kevin, I graduated from the Gunadarma University, majoring in Information System - 2018. In my working experiences, I have been doing project experiences working in IT Desktop Support for 1 year. Projects that I did such as: • At Bank Mandiri to do a new set of software and do the troubleshooting printer, IT service desk and command center, mail server, etc, • At Pertamina to do new sets and do the troubleshooting printer etc, • At Bank Danamon helps IT SDE does the JIRA tickets, helps users if they have a problem with their laptops, adds RAM to laptops and PC, and adds HDD to PC. Also does a Digital Monitoring in Bank Ina Perdana monitoring transactions, creating ticket for technicians, fraud detection systems for transactions, etc. I am passionate about IT Support and want to contribute my knowledge, skills, and experiences to the company. As an IT Support, I am good at SAP, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Visio, Aruba, Star UML, etc, I am also eager to learn new things to improve my skills. I can work in a team or individually. I can communicate well both in Indonesian and English.
