I'm currently obtaining the position of Senior Digital Planner at MSA. And below are my job responsibilities: • Conduct boosting on digital platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube, and Google (GND & SEM). • Monitor the performance of digital buying for the platforms. • Dealing with technical issues and optimizing the digital performance. • Getting briefs from clients and preparing proposals. • Always research the last update of digital creative to propose to clients for their consideration. • Conduct and analyze the performance of monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports for the digital department • propose the digital strategies to promote the brand to obtain the target KPI. • Perform the presentation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports to clients and suggest the solution to solve their concerns regarding digital strategy. Besides, I also used to work as a Web Content Manager with Popular Magazine. And these were my job responsibilities while I handled the Popular Magazine. • Prepare proposal and rate card for clients • Manage and continually build deeper relationships with clients. • Manage monthly reports and booking • Monitor invoices and payment for all the projects • Conduct monthly reports of profit and losses for top manager • Check and monitor reporters' performance and technical team • Control good traffic and website rank • Monitor system errors and dealing issues of domain
