About Henk Rijsdijk

More than 20 years experience in developing and selling sustainable bio solutions into various industries. Such as the adhesive, coating, printing, packaging, consumer and construction market. Offering bio solutions, helping companies reaching there CO2 targets is one of my main objectives- My experience reaches from basic R&D, through TS, project management, Marketing, account and sales management. I have been approx. 50% of my time in technical roles and 50% of my time in a commercial role- Global view on various markets- Very broad products knowledge- People management and team building-(new) Business development - P/L responsibility- Full business responsibility. Strengths- Innovation: Developed several patents, which have been commercialized into a Multi Million USD business. Generated many new concepts and business lines worth more than 100 MMUSD- Business development: besides the conceptual input (marketing planning, sales planning, short-long term),my strength is getting it work. This has resulted in strong bottom line (from red to black number) improvements and a long term improved position for most of the companies I worked for- Team building: I am teambuilder, building teams which are more able to take their own responsibility and keeping focused on accomplishing targets.
