After many years working in Spain working for the airline industry I wish to start the next chapter in my career in Finland, using my customer service and communication skills in hospitality or associated businesses. During my lasts positions, I had among other things, to work within the fast-paced environment of airports and to manage a wide scope of competences, involving customer contact and support as well as operational duties with different languages. It also helped me to manage successfully with diplomacy and tact many customer issues.During 8 years I’ve been in charge of customer services for different kind of businesses: general store, help-desk, art gallery and medical office. I've always been involved into administration and financial tasks for the top management: orders between customers and providers, general and commercial correspondence, phone assistance to national and international customers, billing and bookkeeping.
