I am an accomplished business leader with a BA Honours in Accounting and Finance and over 7 years of experience in the banking industry. After taking a career break to focus on starting a family, I successfully transitioned into entrepreneurship, running a thriving 6-figure business for 11 years. During this time, I balanced family life while earning multiple awards for outstanding business performance and leadership, further solidifying my reputation in the entrepreneurial space. Currently, I serve as Chief Operating Officer for Jessen James International Group, where I leverage my expertise in business development and operations. Working closely with Jessen James, I have helped numerous clients transform their businesses by creating systems and strategies that allow them to focus on growth rather than getting bogged down in daily tasks. My hands-on approach has been instrumental in driving growth and optimising operations for countless businesses, empowering them to scale efficiently and sustainably. I also co-founded Client Converters, a cutting-edge sales and marketing platform designed to streamline sales processes and elevate marketing strategies. My passion lies in helping business owners scale through strategic sales initiatives while optimising operations for maximum efficiency, enabling businesses to achieve lasting success. Outside of my professional roles, I am a dedicated mother to my son, Cameron, and I express my creativity through cake decorating, a hobby I’m passionate about.
