The support has mainly been to Purchase Department but also Market Intelligence, Commercial Support, and banner management • 2½ years with focus on business optimization supporting FMCG manufactures with insights on how to optimize price, promotion, media, and assortment. Completed more than 35 successful project where business opportunities were identified and shared with Retailers/ Executive Board. • 5 years as people manager. I believe in creating motivated and competitive teams thru an open involvement and coaching which will ensure both growth for the team and show the full potential of everyone
