With 19 years of experience, I am a seasoned evidence-based education and development program specialist, practitioner, and researcher, adept at managing education, youth, and integrated livelihood development projects in local and international organizations. As the budget holder for complex, multiyear programs, I led the design, planning, implementation, monitoring, and coordination of projects across various regions, ensuring the achievement of intended results while strictly adhering to financial and administrative procedures. Collaborating with NGO partners, government, and community structures, I spearheaded strategic programs aimed at creating sustainable, impactful changes in people's lives. I possess a proven track record in guiding, monitoring, and building the capacity of partner agencies, ensuring deliverables meet the efficiency expectations of donors and stakeholders. I hold an MA in Education Policy and Planning from Addis Ababa University (2009) and a B.Sc. in Business Education (2004). I have B.Sc degree in Business education. I received my Master's degree in Educational planning and management which gave me thorough knowledge and skills for an in-depth and comprehensive analysis of the development sector and the related social and economic components.
