For almost 20 years I have worked as a Customer support engineer, design, implementation, integration and verification of Ericsson cellular systems and in particular in the last four years I have worked as a Solution Architect engineer. As I have indicated above I have been involved in several projects in different countries on Ericsson’s 3G, 4G, 5G and IMS covering the following areas: • 5G RAN TestBed • Solution Architect • Function Test Engineer, IMS AS • Admin for In-service performance Tool Kit (ITK) • Lead and drive all RAN Software upgrade technology end-to-end activities. • Customer Support Engineering (WCDMA PLM) • SAS Visual Analytics: • Proof of concept (PoC) o LTE-Unlicense (LTE-U) and LTE License Assisted Access (LTE LAA) o Radio DOT System (RDS) o Anglo Mining Internet of things (IoT) trial with CISCO CPE o 4T4R DL MIMO (4×4 Quad Antenna Downlink Performance) o NB-IoT with Multi-vendor Roaming o RNC in Pool My experience covers all the above areas from their initial customer requirement stages, and followed them through integration, verification, customer acceptance testing and provided customer support by engineering solutions at every stage. As a Solution Architect engineer I have helped bringing many successful introductions of Proof of Concept (PoC) to customers. In my career that spans around two decades I have acquired a wide range of knowledge and understanding of the RAN nodes. I have always executed my tasks with a strong sense of commitment and responsibility. I consider myself a highly motivated and independent. I am a fast learner individual who enjoys problem solving and finding workable solutions through strong analytical and systemic methods. I enjoy working in teams and consider myself a team player. I have developed strong communication and motivational skills from my experience of leading engineering teams and working closely with customers.
