About Henri Hubert

Through my studies at the universities of Regensburg and Tübingen, I was able to build a broad knowledge base in the pharmaceutical and analytical fields. During my many years of work experience at SMP GmbH - Testing, Validating, Researching, I was always able to apply my competent and diverse knowledge to the company's benefit. My tasks at SMP included project management in the area of investigating and validating the cleanability of medical products. I was responsible for creating method descriptions, standard operating procedures, protocol and report templates, as well as training new employees and conducting internal and external training sessions. Planning, organizing, and conducting round-robin tests with subsequent statistical analysis were also part of my work. Through the development and validation of new testing methods in the field of residual protein and hemoglobin analysis, I was able to significantly contribute to the expansion of the company's service portfolio. Under my supervision, the company also transitioned to a system with integrated workflow for automated evaluation, which not only allowed to handle the continuously increasing order volume, but also significantly improved the reproducibility of the analyses. The efficiency improvement in automated analytics led to significant cost savings and thus a clear improvement in competitiveness. Now, I am utilizing my skills and expertise in the field to gradually enhance the hygienic situation, piece by piece.
