I help, guide, and assist individuals, families, and communities in becoming the healthiest they can be and in so doing to have the world be a better place. Not a small goal but a heartfelt, accomplishable goal if done with vision, step by step. I am a visionary leader, physician healer, executive coach, and motivational speaker committed to improving individual and community health through holistic integrative functional medicine and Whole Health. I have founded multiple organizations and programs devoted to the practice and teaching of Whole Health. As an energetic leader with wide experience serving and organizing in communities with diverse cultural, income and educational profiles, I have helped to create culturally sensitive and inclusive opportunities for health and healing that others had not thought possible.
