I focus on achieving sustainable outcomes that balance multiple stakeholder expectations in complex, cross-cultural projects, to deliver successful programmes and unlock stakeholder value.I am passionate about building high reliability teams to deliver consistently on safe, resilient performance. I have a proven track record of enabling executives to achieve new levels of performance in safety and sustainability, working with operational leaders and frontline workers. I have achieved this by facilitating courageous conversations, raising self-awareness, providing insights, shifting perceptions, and developing creative, adaptive solutions.
