About Henrik Andersen

I build software for member organizations and legal practices – because I've lived their pain points. Today I lead product management at EG Member & Legal, where we create EG Membercare, CapLegal, and AdvoPro. But before I built software for organizations, I lived inside them. Over 20 years, I've driven digital transformations from the inside – most recently leading the complete modernization of Denmark's Liberal Party's digital ecosystem. Everything from membership systems and communication platforms to campaign tools and social media. I've sat with frustrated users, watched manual processes eat up time, and experienced how bad systems can grind entire organizations to a halt. That's the experience I bring to product development. When we design features for Membercare, I know exactly how a national board member uses the system. When we prioritize in CapLegal, I understand what actually makes a difference in a busy law practice. My approach: Listen first. Build second. Software should solve real problems – not create new ones. I'm always looking to meet with member organizations, law firms, and legal departments willing to share their challenges. That's how we get better.
