Setting a strategic direction and ensuring the organizational capabilities to deliver on the strategy and constantly ensuring the business is on track to deliver the strategy as well as the business results are my key focus. I am used to have the full Profit & Loss responsibility and have the day-to-day strategic leadership and responsibility in the organization. I have a close feel to the market, customers, and employees, also when it comes to a global view. I manage multiple stakeholders at all levels necessary to navigate and create results through other people, my management team and as an individual. I am a very strong people leader who also manages both short- and long-term goals and KPIs. Ensuring the right management team hence ensuring the right growth strategy, the right culture, people motivation and ensuring profit – this also by evaluating the work of other leaders within the company, and take the necessary decisions when needed. I have a maintaining awareness of the competitive market landscape, expansion opportunities, and innovations to ensure growth.
