I am currently a logistics advisor at Medair, a leading international NGO that provides emergency relief and recovery services to vulnerable communities. I provide advice and guidance to our logistics team in various programme countries, to help ensure the timely and efficient delivery of essential goods and services to project teams and beneficiaries. I also am part of the emergency response roster. I have a bachelor of applied science in international development management from Van Hall Larenstein University of Applied Sciences, where I gained such skills as context analysis and project management & design, As a guest researcher at Manyatta Youth Entertainment CBO, I examined how the arts can play a role in preventing violent extremism among Kenyan youth. With many years of experience living abroad, I am well versed in intercultural communication and crosscultural collaboration. I am passionate about making a positive difference in the world and contributing to humanitarian causes that matter.
