About Henrique Cravo

From till today, I had the opportunity to evolve my career in 4 major players in technology (SIEMENS, Novabase, Celfocus and CEiiA), enriching this experience with my own personal development by being exposed and learn with major Customer Organisations, their multiple cultures and mind-sets. This multiplicity together with my track-record on different organisational models, roles and business markets, allowed me to build the experience to ensure fast and effective fit on new challenges and working paradigms, namely: ORGANISATION MODELS I’ve been on self-employee model, internal organisational roles based on Cost Centre and with accountability on delivering Yearly Targets on Projects, Business Units and Programmes based on Profit & Loss results (P&L). TEAM CULTURE AND MIND-SETS Working abroad is a challenge which success depends on our respect and capacity to learn with our team and our hierarchies. I had the chance to develop those capacities on several countries from Europe, Africa and Middle East, being a must to understand, cooperante and build with my foreign colleagues. DELIVERY & MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE Since 2013, I’ve been dedicated to big sized challenges, leading teams above 100 people on multi-vendor scenarios. Evolving and scaling-up Business Units, delivering a Transformation & Migration Programme and setting-up a Delivery Centre for 6 geographies, gave me a valuable and useful range of perspectives, references and paradigms to tackle complex decisions or scenarios. ROLES & MARKETS EXPERIENCE I had the opportunity to work across the several levels of Delivery and Management, evolving through the Delivery roles of Developer, Analyst, Tester, Production Support, Project Manager and Programme Manager, across Finance, Utilities, Energy and Telco markets. Internally the role of “Head Of” a Business Unit, allowed me to complement my Customer experience with an E2E view of an IT Player.
