In my previous role, I managed all daily operations for Virginia Transportation, a major North American logistics company. I oversaw the safe and secure transportation of an average of 650 cars per day. I created procedures and executed strategies, and lead a team of 36 in the delivery of automobiles to the correct locations throughout the region. Committed to ensuring customer satisfaction, I developed a process to scale our compliance with customers’ contracts to more than 90%, realizing a monthly average between 85% and 90%. In a previous role with Fleet Car Carriers, I managed a fleet of more than 120 drivers and 8 staff to provide superior automobile logistics and transportation services. Dedicated to safety and compliance, I was instrumental in crafting and executing operating strategies to ensure that the company adhered to federal and state departments of transportation mandates, rail safety regulations, and manufacturers’ quality protocols.
