To whom it might concern, I am an ambitious and determined final-year Management student with a strong background in Product Development, Customer Success, and Financial Management. My goal is to continuously develop my professional career, which led me to move to Portugal alone at 17 to pursue my bachelor's degree. During the pandemic, I focused on sharpening both soft and hard skills to distinguish myself in the field. Product Development and Innovation: As Corporate Relations Director at AIESEC in Portugal, I established a new department, analyzed data using Excel, and developed SOPs and strategic plans, earning recognition for the best area performance in Portugal. During my Summer Internship at Novo Banco, I created innovative solutions for the tourism and retail sectors, aligning their needs with banking products. Customer Success and Brand Activation: In my role as Corporate Relations Director, I developed strategies that achieved an NPS of over 85, ensuring satisfaction for companies and interns. As Local Committee President, I contributed to Marketing, HR, and Volunteering, facilitating sessions and delivering over 100 presentations. Additionally, as a KPMG Ambassador, I represented the company at job fairs and promoted its brand. Financial Management: Effective financial management is vital, especially in non-profit organizations. As President, I collaborated with the finance director to manage cash flow, address revenue seasonality, and conduct audits. My experience at Novo Banco further enhanced my understanding of financial strategies in key sectors. I am eager to leverage my diverse experiences and skills in a dynamic and challenging environment.
